10 days

There’s a wealth of adventure to be had in both Uganda and Rwanda, especially now that tourists are beginning to rediscover this region. We keep this trip small and intimate – think guesthouses and farm stays – in order to really create a connection with this captivating land. Of course there’ll be trekking to spot chimps and gorillas and game drives through Queen Elizabeth II National Park to see elephants and hippos, but we’ll also visit the genocide museum for a closer look at the recent history of the region. Trust us: Uganda and Rwanda will stay in your memory for a very long time.
  • Day 1 Kampala/Jinja (1D)

We recommend arriving a day early in order to meet your group at 9am in Kampala. If you’re arriving into Entebbe, we can help you arrange a transfer to Kampala as well as a pre-accommodation night in Kampala to ensure you will be in the right place at the right time for your welcome meeting on Day 1.

*Please note: if you have pre-booked the Jinja River Rafting, your CEO will inform you when you will do the activity throughout your tour, days are subject to change: River Rafting (Day 2 – Jinja) For more information on the Extra see the Optional Activities section.

  • Day 2 Jinja (1B, 1L,1D)

  • Days 5-6 Queen Elizabeth II National Park (2B,1L)

Continue on to Queen Elizabeth II NP, stopping at the equator. Head out on a game drive in the evening. Opt for an evening cruise of the Kazinga Channel.
