Stroll along Turtle Island’s beaches and see their special residents laying eggs on the beach and fall in love with the playful primates at Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation centre. Animal lovers will be in heaven!

  • Day 1 Sandakan

    After being collected from the airport or your local Sandakan hotel, you and your guide will jump onto a Sandakan jetty for a relaxing 75 minute boat ride through beautiful Borneo to Selingan (Turtle Island)! Quickly check in and get out there and take advantage of the amazing beaches. After a tasty dinner, head off with a ranger to observe turtle laying eggs on the beach – no, you can’t take any as pets, no matter how cute.

  • Day 2 Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation centre / Sandakan

    It’s an early morning start – breakfast is served up at 7am. Leave the island behind and head to the amazing Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation centre. Get up close and personal with these cute primates who are undergoing a rehabilitation program to return to the wild. You’ll have to tear yourself for your transfer to the airport!
